My Journey
I’m from Seoul, South Korea. Lived in Bregenz, Austria for my exchange student for 6 months in 2018.
Since 2018 summer I’ve been living in Den Haag, The Netherlands. I completed my bachelors (UX Design) and my masters (Media Technology), and now I’m looking for a more professional journey in The Netherlands. I unlocked so many personalities and life lessons since I moved to the NL, I gotta say.
One important thing: Ik ben geslaagd voor het inburgeringsexamen!
what I’m proud of

2020: Study-Work Balance
2021: Human-Robot Interaction for Sustainability
2022: Artistic Research, Student-Teacher Work/Life Balance, Working with Bigger Clients

what I’m listening to
Have a glimpse of my music taste, which goes beyond K-Pop.

Extraverted, intuitive, thinking, planning, etc. Above all, I bring a sense of humour to the table with good energy. I have fiery, but playful sides. I get curious easily and always seek new inspirations. I always think about ‘how else’ can things be done and ‘why’.

I love going to exhibitions with kinetic art and/or art with technological backgrounds. Sometimes I go to dance performances or audio visual shows.
Occasionally, I dare to go to interesting events, like techno yoga or metal yoga. You’re more than welcome to join!

I prefer to read non-fiction books to learn something interesting. These are my favourite books so far:
The Political Philosophy of AI by Mark Coeckelbergh
→ ‘It pushed me to think about so many things simultaneously, like politics, definition of democracy, the concept of AI. I take this challenge!’
Fearless: The 7 Principles of Peace of Mind by Brenda Shoshanna
→ ‘Emotional Intelligence + 30%’
Composing Interactions by Maarije Baalman
→ ‘This greatly helped me to how to work on interactive art from ideation to logistics.’

Thanks! Sometimes I fix/tailor the clothes I bought on Vinted or those that I don’t wear anymore. That’s how I support sustainability & my outfit.
